Didn't post yesterday...I didn't draw either...I didn't draw today either...I did try to figure out what to do with this 'nolook' drawing...different ideas come and go...Photoshop layering of my drawing over other photographs...didn't look so hot...maybe I could make things pop by using color pencils on it...then collage came to mind...collage is sort of an easy way to cover ground...the shapes on the drawing are interesting...cutting magazine images into these shapes might result in an interesting piece...pleasant?

I love this style of drawing...I can't figure out what to do with it...I sit and draw with my eyes covered and in the dark so that I can't see the paper...tonight is a great night for such a drawing...there is rain and wind outside...I can sit in the dark and draw while listening to the noises of nature...I don't know how long this drawing took...it is difficult for me to continue for a great amount of time...my mind gets the better of me...so I have to turn on the light and see what came about...like I said...I don't know what to do with this drawing...it doesn't feel finished...I might scan it into Photoshop...I have this paper outlined to be divided into two skateboard graphics...it might be interesting to cut out what I got...maybe layer over/under it...I love this drawing.

In the last couple days I read God Bless You Mr. Rosewater and Slaughterhouse 5...both books were written by Kurt Vonnegutt...the following is a sketch inpired by a passage from Gob Bless You Mr. Rosewater...the sketch is of two robots shootin the shit...smokin cigars...the robots are run by individual people...slaves to the robots.

"In time almost all men and women will become worthless as producers of goods, food, services, and more machines, as sources of practical ideas in the areas of economics, engineering, and probably medicine, too. So--if we can't find reasons and methods for treasuring human beings because they are human beings, then we might as well, as has so often been suggested, rub them out."
